Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    2 medium-size cucumbers, grated and partly peeled
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water; add grated (drained) cucumbers, onion, salt and vinegar.
    Stir in green food coloring to desired color.
    Pour in mold.
