Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer or 6 boneless breasts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. bourbon whiskey
    2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut up chicken in serving size. Season with salt and pepper. Mix soy sauce, garlic, bourbon and oil.
    Marinate for several hours.
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Baste and turn often.
