Rice And Walnut Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. ground walnuts
    1 c. steamed rice
Preparation
    Pour 3/4 cup milk over crumbs and let stand 5 minutes.
    Saute onion and parsley until smooth.
    Blend in milk/crumb mixture.
    Add egg and walnuts; mix well.
    Fold in rice and press gently into oiled loaf pan.
    Bake 30 minutes (or until brown) at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with favorite gravy and cranberry sauce.
    Serves 6 to 8.
