Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cooked cushaw, cooked and put through food processor
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    dash of cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can Carnation cream (undiluted)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and cloves together. Add beaten eggs; add cushaw and cream, then put into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
