Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and paprika
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown chicken.
    Add wine, water and oregano.
    Cook until chicken is done.
    Add mushrooms.
    Serve over rice.
