Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 qt. chopped raw spinach
    bacon bits (optional)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix spinach, eggs and bacon bits into bowl.
    In saucepan, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and mustard.
    Heat to boiling. Pour hot dressing over spinach mixture; mix well and serve.
