Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick or other biscuit mix
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
Preparation

Let sausage come to room temeperature.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0. With hands, combine sausage and cheese.
Add biscuit mix and blend in thoroughly.
Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 30 minutes.
They freeze quite well.
