Ingredients

1 pkg. seashell macaroni
1 c. chopped celery
1 can fruit cocktail
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. any dark jello
1 c. hot water
1 can grapefruit sections
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. celery
lettuce leaves
Preparation
-
Drain canned grapefruit sections.
(You may use juice instead of cold water when making jello.)
Make jello by dissolving first with hot water, then adding cold water or grapefruit juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in grapefruit sections and celery, then chill until firm.
Serve on a lettuce leaf.
Serves 6.
