Jambalaya(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 lb. low-fat smoked turkey sausage
    2 1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. browning and seasoning sauce
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender and cut into cubes; set aside.
    Coat skillet with cooking spray.
    Add onion and next 5 ingredients; saute until tender.
    In a Dutch oven, add chicken, sauteed ingredients, sliced sausage, ground red and black pepper, water, bouillon, seasoning sauce and rice.
    Bring to a
    boil.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
