New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all together in a large bowl.
    Pour into a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and leave in 2 additional hours.
    Do not open oven door until 3 hours have passed.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
