Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (16 or 20 oz. pkg.)
1 c. grated velveeta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, grated
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions and drain. Mix with cheese, mayonnaise, celery, and onion.
Put in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with crushed crackers.
Pour butter on top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
