Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lard
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in lard until crumbly.
    Gradually add water and toss together until dough can be gathered into a ball.
    If necessary, add more water (1 tablespoon at a time).
    Knead dough 15 to 20 times.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
