Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet with onion; drain off all fat. Cut peppers in halves and remove seeds.
    Cook in boiling salt water for 5 minutes.
    Drain peppers.
    Add cracker crumbs, egg, catsup, salt and pepper to ground beef.
    Fill peppers with ground beef mixture, put in baking dish and add small amount of water. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
