Unbaked Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and sugar well.
    Drain pineapple well, heat juice and dissolve Jell-O in it.
    Chill the Jell-O mixture until the consistency of egg whites.
    Put with the cheese mixture.
    Add lemon juice.
    Stir in Cool Whip.
    Save 1/2 cup crumbs.
    Press the rest in a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Pour in mixture and top with 1/2 cup crumbs.
    Chill well.
