Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 med head of cauliflower
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Break califlower into small pieces.
Cook until just tender, drain an place in a 2 Qt. casserole dish.
3 Tbsp.
butter in pan and stir in flour to make a paste.
Blend in milk and slowly bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
Add salt and pepper and pour over cauliflower.
Mix together stuffing, water and melted butter and spoon over top of casserole.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
