Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 qt milk heated to 120 degrees
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Add shortening and milk.
    Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Add flour (6 cups).
    Knead, cover with waxed paper and wet towel.
    Let rise 3 hoursor overnight in the refrigerator.
    Punch down, make into rolls, and let rise.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
