Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli; stir together soup and cheese. Gradually add milk, egg and mayonnaise.
    Add mixture to drained broccoli; mix lightly and pour into buttered casserole pan (8 x 8-inches or 10 x 10-inches).
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 approximately.
