Zucchini Squash Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. zucchini squash, cut into small pieces, cooked until tender and well drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Add salt and pepper to taste to squash.
    Saute onion and green peppers in butter.
    Combine onion and green peppers with all other ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into Pam-sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Tasty when served over rice.
