Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium chopped green peppers
    12 medium chopped red peppers
    3 large chopped onions
    1 1/2 pt. cider vinegar
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix peppers and onions together.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes; drain.
    Cover again with boiling water and bring all ingredients back to a boil.
    Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients with pepper/onion mixture and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Ladle into pint jars and seal while hot.
    Makes 6 pints.
