Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    10 large marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Chill for easy handling.
    Shape in 2-inch balls with a marshmallow inside each.
    Use 1/4 cup of potatoes to cover.
    Heat honey and 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet over high heat. When syrup is hot, add potato balls 1 at a time.
    Roll in glaze, coating completely.
    Roll in nuts.
    Space balls, so they do not touch, in a greased shallow baking dish.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
