Hamburger And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    2 cans Veg-All
    5 potatoes, sliced lengthwise
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger meat; drain.
    Remove from skillet.
    Place 1 3/4 cups water in skillet on medium heat. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in bowl.
    Pour in skillet. Bring to a boil.
    When thick, add Veg-All and other vegetables and hamburger meat.
    Season to taste.
    Heat just until vegetables are warm.
    Place in long, rectangle glass baking dish.
    Line top with potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes.
