Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet mixed pickles, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 large can English peas, drained
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Cool macaroni; mix with other ingredients.
    Chill.
    Yields 8 servings.
