Bean Sprout Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh bean sprouts
    3 scallions, sliced (white and some green)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    4 tsp. sesame oil
    chopped garlic to taste
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Blanche bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain thoroughly.
    Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then add the drained sprouts.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
