Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 onion, chopped
    5 eggs, scrambled in 1/4 c. milk
    1 large can whole green chilies
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef. Add onion, salt and pepper.
    Spread chilies over the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Pour egg mixture over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven until melted.
