Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

onion
carrots
celery
tomatoes
beans
starch
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
water
Preparation
-
Simmer until all vegetables are tender.
(Beef broth can also be used.)
This is a good way to use up leftover vegetables.
Add enough water to make soup the thickness you want.
