Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    1 red onion, sliced thinly
    1 green pepper, sliced in thin sticks
    1 pkg. croutons (preferably Chatham Village)
    honey-Dijon dressing
Preparation
    Top leaves of spinach with mandarins, onion and pepper.
    Serve with no-fat honey-Dijon dressing.
    Top with croutons.
