Colonial Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, spices and molasses; mix well.
    Add eggs and milk; mix thoroughly.
    Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
