Chicken Aloha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken parts or deboned chicken filets
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 large can pineapple chunks with juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Add all ingredients together and stir.
    Add chicken last.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 375\u00b0. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes, or use pressure pan for 20 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Great to freeze for once a month cooking.
