Spinach Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 can spinach
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese (your choice)
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Stir together and pour into a greased loaf pan or baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes and serve with sauce.
