Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. cherry pie filling
    1 cake mix (no pudding)
    1 stick butter
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Pour pineapple in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add cherries, then sprinkle cake mix on top and then the nuts.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 9 to 12.
