Fruit Loaf(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. sugar substitute
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. mashed banana
    1 small can crushed pineapple in own juice (juice and all)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or in 2 smaller loaf pans for 45 minutes.
