Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 pkg. Doritos (plain)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken; set aside.
    Save broth.
    Grate cheese.
    Saute onion and peppers in butter.
    In large pot, mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese.
    If real thick, add chicken broth until juicy.
    Pour in large casserole dish; put rest of the cheese on top.
    Bake in oven, about 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until bubbly and golden brown on top.
