Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Cajun season to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef and sausage together with onions, peppers and celery.
Strain off excess fat.
Boil macaroni about 3/4 box. After noodles are done in a large bowl, mix meat and noodles.
Add in tomato sauce, whole tomatoes (mashed), 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Mozzarella.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0. Bake for 45 minutes.
Can be served with Brown 'N Serve rolls and toss salad.
