Grandma'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can or 3 c. pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. salt
    8 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. ginger
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in pastry shell at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Lower oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
