Cheese-Filled Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) manicotti shells
    2 c. (1 pt.) Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach
    2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells as package indicates.
    Drain. Combine Ricotta, Parmesan and spinach. Fill shells with cheese mixture.
    Place in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x
    2-inch baking dish.
    Combine tomato paste with 2 cans of water.
    Pour over and around shells. Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
