Green Pepper Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Brown the ground chuck with the onions. Add all other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Serves 8.
