Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
frozen raspberries or strawberries (1 lg. or 2 sm. pkg.)
1 c. whipped cream
crumb crust: vanilla wafer or graham cracker
Preparation

Beat egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, and berries for 15 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into crumb crust and freeze.
