Miniature Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and margarine in a large bowl.
    Cut in flour and salt with pastry blender until blended.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place into miniature muffin cups, pressing to cover bottom and side.
    Chill for 1 hour. Beat eggs in bowl until foamy. Add cooled, melted margarine and vanilla.
    Mix well. Add brown sugar and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool and remove from pans. Yields 48 servings.
