Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast, sliced
    1 tsp. potato flour
    3 tsp. thin soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger powder
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    5 oz. can sliced bamboo shoots
    1/2 c. sliced button mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. lemon grass
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Marinate chicken for 1/2 hour in 1 teaspoon potato flour, 2 teaspoons thin soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon oil.
    Stir-fry chicken with 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute; remove from wok.
    Combine 1 tablespoon oil, onion, bamboo shoots and mushrooms in wok.
    Season with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, lemon grass, water and salt.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add chicken and thicken with potato flour.
