Brocomole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (any style)
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions, but without salt.
    Drain.
    Place 3/4 of the broccoli (including all stalks) into your food processor or blender.
    Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
    (Add reserved broccoli florets and process briefly for a slightly chunky texture.)
    Makes 3 guilt-free servings.
