Oatmeal Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. oats
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in bowl.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly. Add oats; mix well.
    Add water, mixing well.
    Shape into a ball. Press over bottom and sides of 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    May fill with pie filling before baking and bake as directed for filling.
