*Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. fresh, cooked and chopped shrimp
Preparation
    Heat can of undiluted soup.
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add gelatin mixture to soup.
    Add cheese and blend well with wire whisk.
    Add vegetables and shrimp and mix well.
    Pour into well-greased mold or pan.
    Refrigerate for 8 hours.
