Crab Quiche Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp. onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
    5 beaten eggs
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pie crust
Preparation
    Using small muffin tins, shape enough dough into each tin. Mix all ingredients the night before serving quiches.
    Pour into shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
