Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into frying pan. Chop all artichokes, set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to frying pan and saute till golden; about 5 minutes.
    In a bowl, beat eggs with fork, add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and
    Tabasco sauce. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Turn into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Let cool.
    May reheat in pan at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes to serve warm.
    Makes 3 dozen.
