Pineapple Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small pie crusts
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. meal
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small can pineapple
    1 can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients, except margarine.
    Melt margarine and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Pour pie mixture over butter or margarine.
    Bake
    at
    450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and
    bake
    45 minutes, until golden.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
