Marinated Beef Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked roast beef, thin sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 onions
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cut beef into thin strips; cut onions into thin slices and separate into rings.
Combine beef, onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice; stir in sour cream.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce-lined dish with rye bread.
