Oma (Grandmother) Stehling'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve package of yeast in warm water; add sugar and shortening, salt, egg and flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Make into dough and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove next day and roll into fairly thin 1/2-inch piece.
    Cut in small circles.
    Put melted butter on one edge; fold over and press edges together. Place in greased pan and let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 14 minutes.
