Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, cored, peeled and diced
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs; add flour, soda, salt and spices. Blend thoroughly.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 7 x 12-inch pan.
