Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/4 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
    Beat eggs with cornstarch.
    Add spinach and mix.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
