Marshmallow Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1 egg white
    6 marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and corn syrup until it forms a soft ball when tested (238\u00b0).
    Beat egg white stiff.
    Add marshmallows, then the syrup, very slowly, beating constantly.
    Add flavoring.
    Beat until of the right consistency for spreading.
